“A home is the one thing a family builds once. We build every one as if it were our own.”
I came to real estate in 2006, after working as a software engineer. What drew me was simple: a home is the largest thing most families ever buy, and they deserve a builder who plans it carefully, tells them the truth and finishes on time.
Since then we have handed over more than 500 homes, from the 210 villas of SRK Green Park in Hyderabad to SRKg Luxepolis in Bangalore. Every project still carries our name, and that is the promise we keep.

How buying works

- Get a cost sheetA written break-up of the price, taxes and charges for the home you choose.
- BookPay the booking amount and receive a receipt and an allotment letter.
- Sign the agreementThe agreement of sale is signed and registered.
- Pay by stageYou pay as construction reaches each stage. If you have a home loan, we send each demand letter to your bank as well.
- Take your keysKeys are handed over after the sale deed is registered.
Good to know
- Every project on sale is registered with RERA. The registration number is on its project page.
- Areas are shown in sq ft, with the RERA carpet area on every plan.
- We work with ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Bank of India, Axis Bank and Canara Bank, and help you apply for a home loan.
- We never change our bank account by email or phone. If someone asks you to pay into a different account, call us first.

What you can buy
NRIs and OCI card holders can buy homes and commercial property in India. They cannot buy agricultural land, plantation property or a farmhouse.
How to pay
Payments come through normal banking channels: a transfer from abroad, or from your NRE, NRO or FCNR account in India. Indian banks also give home loans to NRIs, repaid in rupees.
Who signs for you
If you cannot be here, a person you trust in India can sign the agreement and the sale deed for you under a power of attorney. A power of attorney signed abroad has to be attested at the Indian embassy or consulate and stamped in India before it is used.

A group of real estate companies building homes and communities in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
What we have built
Two SRK Group communities are complete and lived in: SRK Green Park, with 210 villas handed over in 2018, and SRKg Luxepolis, with 8 apartments handed over in 2024. Counting an earlier venture of our founder, the homes delivered come to about 10 lakh sq ft for more than 500 customers.

SRK Green Avenues Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2011 by Sanondra Reddy Kotapalli. He studied computer applications and worked as a software engineer before moving to real estate, which he entered in 2006. The company began with SRK Green Park at Bowrampet and has since built villas, apartments and layouts in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

A postgraduate in Computer Applications, he worked as a software engineer at TCS and CONSECO before turning to real estate in 2006. He founded SRK Green Avenues Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 and has led every project of the group since.

Privacy, cookies and terms
Last updated: October 2026. This website is run by SRK Green Avenues Pvt. Ltd. on behalf of SRKotapali Group (“we”, “us”).
Privacy notice
What we collect. Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, mobile number, and anything else the form asks for, such as your email, the project you are interested in, details of land you offer, your firm or your resume. We do not collect anything else about you.
Why. To reply to your enquiry, call or message you about it, and keep a record of it. If you register interest in an upcoming project, we tell you when it is registered and details are published. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for anything you did not ask for.
Who sees it. Our sales, land, purchase, finance or hiring team, depending on the form you use. Your details are sent by email to our office and stored with our website host. We share them with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it. Enquiries are kept for up to two years from our last contact with you, resumes for six months, and records of land offers and vendor registrations for as long as we deal with you. After that they are deleted.
Your choices. You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Write to info@srkotapali.com and we act on it within 7 working days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use any analytics service. Your browser may keep the site’s pictures and pages so that they load faster on your next visit; nothing personal is stored. If a page links to Google Maps or WhatsApp, those services apply their own policies once you open them.
Terms of use and RERA disclaimer
Details of every registered project, including its registration number, are shown on its project page and on the RERA website of the state. Upcoming projects are shown for information only and are not offered for sale until they are registered. Registering your interest is not a booking, and no payment is taken through this site.
Pictures marked as architect’s views, reference images or drawings show the design intent. They are not a promise of the final finish, colours, landscaping, furniture or fittings. Plans, areas and amenities may change as approvals require. The agreement for sale is the only binding document for any home.
We never ask for payment by email, WhatsApp or phone into a new account. Pay only into the project account named in your agreement, and call us first if anyone asks otherwise.
